We are the seller and your contractual partner for every order placed in this store. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Orbita Payments Limited; "you" means the person placing the order.

The two companies behind this store

Orbita Payments Limited is the merchant of record for this store: we buy the books from the publisher and sell them to you in our own name and for our own account, we take the payment, and we are responsible for your order, for delivery and for refunds.

Orbita Media GmbH, Ericusspitze 4, 20457 Hamburg, Germany (HRB 161613, VAT ID DE328578764), email kontakt@orbita-media.de, is the publisher of the book, holds the rights to it, owns the ISBNs and is the manufacturer within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Orbita Media GmbH supplies the books to us and supports the author; it is not your contractual partner for purchases made in this store.

The book In Your Corner by Javier Mendez and The Father's Plan Workbook are published by Orbita Media GmbH. Your contract about the purchase is with us.

2. Scope, language, eligibility

These terms apply to every order placed in this store. The contract language is English. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live. Where those rights give you more than these terms, those rights apply.

3. Products, prices and payment

  1. Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include, where applicable, the taxes shown in the checkout. The total amount payable, including shipping, is shown before you place the order.
  2. We accept the payment methods shown in the checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, including for pre-ordered items.
  3. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email.
  4. If a price or a product description contains an obvious error, we may decline the order and refund any payment in full.

4. Pre-orders

Every edition offered in this store is a pre-order. The book is not published yet and is not in stock. Publication date: October 22, 2026. We expect to ship pre-ordered printed books within 9 days of publication, by October 31, 2026, and to deliver them no later than November 30, 2026. The eBook is delivered by email on publication day, October 22, 2026. You pay in full when you place your order, and you can cancel at any time before your order is shipped (for the eBook: before it is delivered) and receive a full refund.

  1. What "pre-order" means. You are ordering and paying for a book that has not been published yet. Nothing ships before publication. The dates above are the dates we currently expect and commit to.
  2. Shipping date. We will ship pre-ordered printed books within 9 days of publication, that is by October 31, 2026. You receive an email with a tracking link when your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
  3. Delivery date. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, we will deliver printed books no later than November 30, 2026.
  4. eBook. The eBook is delivered by email on October 22, 2026. It is not shipped and is not available before that date.
  5. If we cannot ship on time. If we are unable to ship by October 31, 2026, we will email you before that date. The email will give you a revised shipping date and offer you the choice to accept the delay or to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If the revised date is 30 days or less after October 31, 2026, we will ship on or before that date unless you tell us before shipment that you reject the delay and cancel. If the revised date is more than 30 days after October 31, 2026, or if we cannot give a revised date at all, your order is cancelled automatically and refunded in full unless you tell us within 30 days of October 31, 2026 that you agree to the delay. If you agree to a delay of unknown length, you keep the right to cancel at any time before your order is shipped.
  6. Cancelling a pre-order. You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped, for any reason and at no cost, by emailing info@orbita-payments.com with your order number. We refund the full amount, including shipping, within 7 business days.
  7. Presale benefits. Benefits announced for presale orders (a private online event with Javier Mendez, behind the scenes updates, priority access to selected future offers) belong to a paid order that is still active. They are delivered by email to the address used for the order. Dates and formats are announced by email once they are confirmed. Priority access means early information about selected future offers; it does not mean that those offers are free or that a place is guaranteed. If you cancel your order or return the book, the benefits end with it. Benefits cannot be sold or transferred.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and get a refund, including the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy at https://inyourcornerbook.com/policies/refund-policy. It forms part of these terms.

6. Shipping

Shipping destinations, costs, times and customs charges are set out in our Shipping Policy at https://inyourcornerbook.com/policies/shipping-policy. It forms part of these terms. We ship printed books only to the countries listed there; if your country is not listed, printed books cannot be delivered to you and only the eBook is available.

7. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://inyourcornerbook.com/policies/privacy-policy.

8. Faulty goods and statutory rights

We must deliver goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or faulty, contact us at info@orbita-payments.com within a reasonable time. We will replace it or refund it, and we pay the cost of the return. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods, including the statutory guarantee that applies to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, are not affected or limited by these terms.

9. Use of this website

You may use this website to inform yourself about our products and to place orders. You may not use it in a way that interferes with its operation or its security, and you may not copy, scrape or republish its content beyond what the law allows.

10. Intellectual property

The text of the book, the cover art, the photographs, the logos and the trade marks used in this store belong to Orbita Media GmbH, to Javier Mendez or to their licensors. Buying a book gives you the right to read it, not the right to copy, publish, translate or distribute it. The eBook is licensed for your personal use; it may not be shared, resold or uploaded.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and wherever the applicable law does not allow a limitation. In all other cases our liability is limited to the damage that is typical for this kind of contract and foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future orders. The version published in this store when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

If something goes wrong, please write to info@orbita-payments.com first. We answer every message, and we would rather solve a problem than argue about it.
